Each set comes with a 6" (15 cm) swiss roll made using matcha and azuki, or hojicha, as well as a tea caddy with 40 gm of matching tea powder.
This is a good way to enjoy the cake and drink the tea. For those with espresso machines at home, you can try your hand at whipping up a matcha latte or hojicha latte as you munch on the creamy soft sponge of the swiss roll
