Muscat grapes and jasmine.
Giddapahar Tea Estate is well known for its exquisite and unique profile of Darjeeling tea. Harvested from China hybrid trees, this tea is much sought after in the market.
Due to the delicate nature of the first flush leaves, these have to be hand plucked and hand processed to bring out the best flavours of the tea.
The effect of the terroir and climate created this unique perfume tea that's bursting with sweetness and jasmine perfume yet dry aftertaste, like a good Sauvigon Blanc.
The liquor is bright yellow largely smooth, full-bodied and feels ample in the mouth. There's tart notes of Muscat grapes and a consistent floral perfume.
This tea compliments cheese, carrot cake, macaroons and delicate pastries.
