Muscat grapes and liiac aroma.
Rohini Tea Estate is located in the Kurseong valley of Darjeeling. The estate was closed for a period of 38 years from 1962 to 2000. From the old 1300 Hectares around 38 Hectares is still present. These teas are of the Chinese origin and are typically the first to produce the first flush in Darjeeling.
Due to the delicate nature of the first flush leaves, these have to be hand plucked and hand processed to bring out the best flavours of the tea.
The liquor is largely smooth, full-bodied and feels ample in the mouth. There's tart notes of Muscat grapes and a consistent floral perfume.
This tea compliments cheese, carrot cake, macaroons and delicate pastries.
