From the tea forests in Ha Giang high mountains, in Spring, selected hundreds years old tea trees, were picked. The picking is 1 bud and 2 leaves picking, when the tea leaves are well matured and still young.
The white snow buds are clearly seen on the tea cake.
In this area ancient tea trees are covered in fog most of the time, especially after the long winter break.
Tea buds are exceptionally rich nutrition, thickly sweet and very floral. It brings out a very clean puerh taste, delicate cool feeling going through your stomach and back to your throat, sweet and bold flavor, very long aftertaste and can be brewed 10 infusions at least.
This puerh is already pretty smooth in the first year making due to this high quality material.
This tea will refine better as it ages.
The Puer Bing is wrapped in traditional handmade Vietnamese paper.
