Phoenix Mountains, Guangdong, one of China's most famous tea area with over seven hundred years of history and over four thousand ancient tea trees.

Through this tea box, we present the other famous Dancong teas from Phoenix Mountain. Although the processing methods may be similar, they each have their own unique taste due to its different cultivar. This area tea trees has grown naturally over the years and different varietals have been formed. Due to each significant varietal having signature notes, tea makers started to isolate different varietals to cultivate them individually and named them after flowers and fruits.

The Dancong tea are typically processed as Oolong style and highlights its floral and fruity aromas of the individual Dancong.

Snow Honey Orchid Dancong

Discovered over two hundred years ago, this tea is a hot favourite amongst tea drinkers due to its easy to drink and flavourful profile. This tea can be made hot or cold and is naturally sweet.

Snow Da Wu Ye Dancong

Winter harvest for Da Wu Ye is the smallest harvest throughout the year however it's the harvest that produces the most aromatic tea.

Snow Yu Lan Xiang Dancong

Yu Lan Xiang, also known as Magnolia Dancong, is unique because of it's magnolia floral notes.

Snow Yu Duck Shit Dancong

Originally known as Honeysuckle Dancong, however due to it's unique fragrant aroma and it growing on duck shit soil (yellow soil), farmers named it duck shit to avoid it being stolen.

This Duck Shit Dancong is unique and for it's creaminess and unique honeysuckle aroma.

Honey Orchid Dancong Red Tea

Made into a red tea process, this allowed the tea to enhanced it's caramel sweetness without forgoing its floral fragrance.
