One of Mr Chen Hua Yin's famous tea, his century old tea farm in Nantou was one of the first tea farms established when his ancestors migrated from Fujian China to Taiwan and brought with them tea saplings from Fujian. Allowing the tea plants to grow wildly, his tea has evolved into perfect rounded flavors year after year.
Mr Chen even went to Mt Wuyi to learn from a tea master to perfect his roasting skills.
Light Roast: Notes of honey, floral and smooth body.
Medium Roast: Notes of caramel, honeysuckle with heavy body.
