Sebastião was always involved in coffee growing, producing and exporting. When he got into the world of Specialty coffee, he took upon himself to educate himself to produce coffee. Currently a Phd Holder in Agronomy, Sebastião dedicates himself to improve the quality of his product.
Sebastião dedicates harvest to that aims for high maturation points, loaded with sweetness and succulence that is reflected on the coffee. The drying process either on greenhouse or dryer do not overcome the natural process and it is made slowly and gradually to develop the flavours well.
