99% of Vietnam's coffee export are Robusta beans, but little do people know that they do grow Arabica beans as well. In fact, they are only grown in a particular area called Đà Lạt, capital of Lâm Đồng Province about 6 hrs bus ride from Ho Chi Minh City.
This particular coffee caught our eyes because of it's unique complexity yet has the underlying notes of dark chocolates reminding us of the local Phin coffee yet with more complexity and flavours.
We love using this with the cold drip coffee and adding some milk. Perfect for the sweltering summer!
