Weng's Family Lion's Peak Long Jing (Dragon Well)
Long King, or Dragon Well, is the most famous green tea within and outside China. Lion's Peak is the representative area for this tea, and currently fetches the highest price. As per our previous offers, this year's Long Jing is hand pan-fried by their master, is sweet and mellow and has notes of savory chicken soup.

恩施玉露
Enshi Yulu
This is one of the few teas in China that is still processed using the traditional Tang Dynasty steam method, just like how Gyokuru is done in Japan which the ancient Japanese learnt from Tang Dynasty. This method produces signature umami and floral notes from the tea.

Lu'an Melon Seed Tea
Originally a tribute tea to the Qing imperial palace, this is the only tea in China that does not contain tea buds or tea stems. It became a monthly entitlement of the famous Empress Dowager (慈禧太后) only after she had given birth to a boy, whom subsequently became the next emperor.
