Tie Guan Yin varietal originated from Anxi, Fujian China. This particular Tie Guan Yin was lightly oxidised to highlight the fruity and orchid notes of the tea together with the buttery liquor, making it a very popular tea to drink throughout the day.
This tea farm is in Anxi, Mount Buddha's Ear in Xiang Hua County in Fujian.
The Spring harvest gives a stronger and heavier body whereas the Autumn gives a more aromatic and distinct orchid notes.
Each tea comes in 50g.
3g to 150ml
90-95C for 45s
