In recent years, smallholders from Ywangan have been working with Winrock International to improve the quality of their coffee, whilst strengthening the farmer's organizations. The project has been a great success, with Nikkei Asia hailing the rebirth of Myanmar's 'once-sleepy' coffee industry. This lot of naturally processed coffee taste strongly of sticky red dates.
This coffee process has a creamy smooth body, sweet complex acidity, and clean taste.
